By Hobert Guerrero

Every list of the greatest movies is partial by the attitude of the list maker unless it is just a list of proceeds. All the other lists take in the judgment of the person making the list and therefore no list is ever absolute because some movie that someone loved will be left off. It is unachievable to list every favorite.

The Bourne Ultimatum - In the third film of the sequence, Jason Bourne is still being hunted by those who had trained him into the ultimate assassin that he is. Having lost his memory when almost being killed, Bourne is retracing his past to try to appreciate who he was, and why everyone wants him dead. All his skills are put to the test, as the C.I.A. is persistent in its effort to have him eliminated. Starring Matt Damon and Julia Stiles.

Red - Very last film in Kieslowski's "3 Colors" trilogy which, like Blue and White, might stand alone with its self contained tale. Fashion model Jacob meets upset, retired magistrate Trintignant by coincidence, then creates a relationship with him and enters his cloistered, clandestine life. Set in Geneva, this is a story of few tangled lives. Cast includes Irene Jacob, Jean-Louis Trintignant, Frederique Feder, Jean-Pierre Lorit, Juliette Binoche, Julie Delpy, and Benoit Regent.

The Indian in the Cupboard - A youngster (Scardino) receives an old chest as a birthday present, and finds that when he sets a toy Indian inside and turns the key, the Indian comes to life. Then he sees that the Indian is not a toy, but a real human being. Problems follow, particularly while his best playmate summons to life a toy cowboy. Cast includes Hal Scardino, Lindsay Crouse, Richard Jenkins, Rishi Bhat, and Nestor Serrano.

Addicted to Love - This movie is a gloomy comedy where we see an ex-boyfriend, and an ex-girlfriend spying on their ex- partners. They find themselves teamed together, with the young lady planning acts of reprisal for her ex- partner. Meg Ryan, Matthew Broderick, Kelly Preston, and Tcheky Karyo star. (1997 dark comedy directed by Griffin Dunne)

Airheads - 3 metal heads with toy guns grudgingly take a radio station prisoner, asking to get play for their one and only demo tape. Not exactly the most demanding subject to lampoon, although the script is weak anyway. A fairly vigorous direction and compact running time help a bit.

Stage Door Canteen - Wartime story of romance between cadet and hostess at N.Y.C.'s magical canteen is filled with cameos, walk-ons, talks, and lyrical numbers by a outstanding battery of megastars, containing Katharine Hepburn, Harpo Marx, Paul Muni, Helen Hayes, Benny Goodman, Tally Basie, and Edgar Bergen. Cast includes Cast includes Cheryl Walker, Wiliam Terry, MaIjorie Riordan, Lon McCallister, Margaret Eary, and Michael Harrison.

Afurika Monogatari - Guide Sayer crashes his aircraft in wilds of Africa and comes upon a game conserve. Even old Jimmy is dull. The movie was filmed in Kenya. Cast includes James Stewart, Philip Sayer, Eleanora Vallone, and Heekura Simba.

One matter that may trouble you is the fact that anytime you download a movie it will take up room on your hard drive. You may want to download the movie and transfer it to the DVD disc so that you can go ahead and erase it from your computer. It just depends on the space you have and how you use that room. - 31989
